01 | Context
The Miami Beach Edition is a boutique hotel located in Miami Beach. It boasts 294 guest rooms and suites, including private oceanfront bungalows and a rooftop penthouse.
02 | Role & Responsibilities
During the time on this project, I worked alongside a 4-person team. I completed working drawings (furniture, finishes, electrical) for tender package, assembled material boards, developed schematic floor plans and created perspectives for client review.
03 | Workplace Efficiencies
Additionally, I helped the design team work more efficiently by implementing changes in their work flow. I initiated a layer management and filtering system for their CAD with the goal of minimizing the time required to organize drawing layers in-program.
